10-12 Fresh garlic scapes
1/2 cup or so of extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup or so of grated parmesan cheese
1/2 of a lemon

First cut the 10 to 12 garlic scapes into 1″ to 1 1/2″ pieces.
Next put them into your food processor and mince them.
Once minced add the 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil and then the 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese and lastly squeeze the half of the lemon into the food processor.
With that all in your food processor puree them.
Next you can salt and pepper to your liking.
You can also add pistachios or pine nuts.

Wow! That looks so delicious! Been looking for a good scape pesto recipe for a year. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to share. I’m making this! That bread looks good as well, dying for a hot piece drowned in butter…..Lol!
